This very popular onsite training is 1.5 hours and most staff attend as it is good not only awareness at induction but to give an overview with updates on legislation. With bullying and harassment increasing at work, this is essential training for all staff to attend.
The course is interactive and includes quizzes, case studies, fun activities to allow all to engage in the discussion.
Numbers at each session ideally 15 and their can be 4 sessions in one day.
By the end of the course each delegate will be able to:
Explain legislation and updates relating to Dignity at Work
Explain the importance of treating people in the workplace with dignity and respect
Recognise and prevent bullying and harassment
Identify the effects of bullying and harassment
Understand acceptable and non-acceptable behaviour
Identify new skills and knowledge to deal with issues as they arise
